As a general rule, packages are shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment via ONTIME, with a tracking number.

FREE shipping on orders over €50 (mainland Spain)

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. Handling fees are a fixed price, while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will apply to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may sustain after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
